Rita's Place is unique, its not a cold Guest House nor a tiny Self Catering dwelling, it is a chance to live with a real South African Family on Leisure Isle.
A place to relax, to reflect, to walk, swim, tan, fish, boat,
sail, cycle, canoe, snorkel and much more on your doorstep.
A place for costumes and shorts all day and most nights.
Leisure Isle has become famous for its unique setting in the mouth of the famous
Knysna Heads.
Its beauty and serenity sets it apart from any other
destination in South Africa. Rita is a workhorse Super Granny that still walks
the Island at 80.
Leisure
Isle prides itself on its safety & security. Residents can walk safely around
the island, day or night, & admire the many beautiful gardens. The first thing
our guests notice is the lack of walls & fences surrounding properties.
Rita's Place is situated smack in the center of the island with Bollard Bay
private beach 4 min walk and the lagoon on the other side the same. 2 wonderful
Restaurants 4 and 8 min walk.
You find Rita's Place by her fabulous garden and the large double red roofs.
Rita's has a shuttle bus for airport transfers and any tour that you would want
You can hire a canoe, windsurfer, hobycat, she has her own 19 ft Luxury Bow
Rider for fishing and sundowner cruises, stay 3 days and longer you get a
sundowner cruise included.
Rita provides a great breakfast on the Patio or in bed, or you can choose not to
have breakfast included.
Rita has 2 x warm north facing rooms with double or single beds, electronic
safe, large cupboards, fan, heater, TV, DVD, coffee & tea maker, complimentary
port.
